Guarantee for perfect functioning

1. Qivine the opened bottle as fast as possible.
2. Qivine according the instructions in the guide.
3. Qivine according to the indicated dosage.
4. Qivine in function of the evolution of the wine you wish to preserve.
5. Listen (‘puff’ sound) and look (slight movement on the surface of the wine)
   if the qivining is done properly.
6. Close the bottle after qivining with the Dopio.
7. Use only Dopios and Qi-fillers of Vinventive.

To call upon warranty

From the date of purchase, you have 2 years’ warranty on the appliance for all defects in materials and manufacturing provided the product has been used in accordance with the instructions. If the manufacturer, Vinventive NV, is of the view it is responsible for defects or defective operation, it will repair or replace the appliance free of charge.

To claim under the warranty, take the defective equipment or part together with your cash-register receipt and warranty certificate to the point of sale where the appliance was purchased. If you bought the appliance via www.qivino.com, send the defective appliance together with the completed warranty certificate to Vinventive nv. at your own expense. Ensure that the appliance does not contain a Qi-filler.

In the case of manufacturing defects, Vinventive NV will refund the transport charges charged at the time of purchase and return the repaired or a new appliance free of charge.

The warranty provided to you does not cover normal wear and tear or incorrect usage of your Qivino. The manufacturer rejects all liability for the consequences of any use that is not in accordance with these instructions. In such event, the warranty is invalid.
